Our vision is that everyone should feel fresh and stylish before, during and after their training. DOSE Athletic combines performance apparel with clean, modern design so you can feel confident throughout your entire training journey.

The idea behind DOSE Athletic began in 2016 with a simple belief: training should make you feel confident, fresh and proud of how you look. After years of development, the brand was officially launched in 2022.

Most DOSE Athletic garments are treated with Polygiene® StayFresh, an antibacterial technology that helps keep your clothes fresh and odor-free for longer. Combined with advanced performance fabrics made for high-intensity training and a clean, modern design, our apparel works just as well before, during and after your workout – so you can feel both fresh and stylish wherever you go.

DOSE is an abbreviation of Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins – the four brain chemicals most associated with happiness. All of them are activated by physical activity.

Polygiene® StayFresh is an antibacterial treatment applied to the fabric of most DOSE Athletic garments. You can see in each product description whether the garment is treated with Polygiene®. It inhibits the growth of the bacteria that cause sweat odor, so your garments stay fresh longer and need washing less often. Washing less saves water and energy and helps your garments last longer.

Thanks to the Polygiene® StayFresh treatment, which is applied to most of our garments, bacterial growth in the fabric is reduced. This minimizes odor and keeps the garments feeling fresh for longer, even during intense workouts. For best results, follow the washing instructions and avoid fabric softener.

Yes. Sweat itself is odorless – the smell comes from bacteria. Most of our garments combine breathable materials with Polygiene® StayFresh, which inhibits the bacteria that cause odor. This helps the garments stay fresh for longer, even during intense workouts.

Yes. DOSE Athletic apparel is designed to perform just as well during training as in everyday life. Our garments combine functional materials with a clean and modern design, so you can move freely, stay comfortable and look good whether you're at the gym or on the go.

Our garments are advanced performance apparel made for high-intensity training – especially our PureZ Pulse series. The lightweight, ultra-stretch fabric breathes well, moves with you and is so comfortable that you barely notice it during your workout. Garments treated with Polygiene® StayFresh also stay fresh longer and need less washing, which is gentle on the fabric. For best results, follow the care instructions on each product.

Most DOSE Athletic garments are made from high-performance blends of polyester and spandex, designed for breathability, freedom of movement and comfort during high-intensity training. Some products may also include cotton or other materials depending on the design. You will find the exact fabric composition on each product page.

All DOSE Athletic garments are designed in Sweden. Production takes place with carefully selected manufacturing partners in Asia who specialize in high-quality performance apparel. We work closely with our partners to ensure premium materials, responsible production standards and consistent quality in every piece.

Most DOSE Athletic garments are true to size. For our shorts, we recommend choosing one size larger than you normally wear. Each product page shows the model's height and the size worn, to help you understand how the garment fits.

Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find the right size before placing your order.

We recommend sizing up – especially for our shorts. For tops, you can choose the smaller size for a more fitted look. If the size isn't right, you can exchange it – see Returns & Exchanges below.

Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day from our warehouse in Västerås. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 700 SEK. Orders below 700 SEK have a shipping fee of 39 SEK.

EU: Free shipping on orders over 1,000 SEK (approx. €90). Orders below this amount have a shipping fee of 99 SEK (approx. €9).

Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders within Sweden are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination.

Orders within Sweden are delivered with PostNord (tracked parcel), and international orders are shipped with DHL. The available options are shown at checkout depending on your location.

Yes. We ship within Sweden, to all EU countries and to selected countries outside the EU. The countries we ship to are shown at checkout.

Yes. All shipments are tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@doseathletic.com. Since orders placed before 13:00 are shipped the same day, we can only make changes or cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once it is on its way, you can return or exchange the items instead.

Please email customerservice@doseathletic.com with your order number and we will help you as soon as possible.

There are no customs duties on orders shipped from Sweden to EU countries. For orders outside the EU, any import taxes and duties charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These fees are based on the total value of the products and are outside our control.

Sweden: 30 days open purchase with free returns and exchanges. We provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping of your new size.

Outside Sweden: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You pay the return shipping. Size exchanges are available within 30 days – you pay the return shipping to us, and we cover the shipping of the new size to you.

Returned items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Defective products can always be returned free of charge. Read more in our return policy.

1. Email customerservice@doseathletic.com within 30 days (Sweden) or 14 days (outside Sweden) of receiving your order. Include your order number and which item you want to return or exchange (and the new size, if relevant).

2. We will guide you through the process. Customers in Sweden receive a prepaid return label.

3. Pack the item, preferably in its original packaging, and send it back to us.

We refund your payment, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we received your return request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back. The refund is made to your original payment method.

You can pay with major credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as with Klarna.

Yes. With Klarna you can choose to pay by invoice or split your payment into installments, according to Klarna's available options and terms.

For card payments, the amount is reserved or charged when the order is placed. For Klarna payments, Klarna's payment terms apply. For questions about a Klarna invoice, please contact Klarna directly.

Yes. All payments on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment solutions from trusted providers. Your payment details are never stored by DOSE Athletic.

Wash at 30°C without fabric softener. Fabric softener is not recommended for training apparel, as it can reduce the performance of the fabric, make the material wear out faster and affect the antibacterial properties.

Not necessarily. Garments treated with Polygiene® StayFresh stay fresh longer, so you can often wear them more than once between washes. Simply air them out after your workout. Washing less often also helps preserve the color, shape and elasticity of the garment.

We recommend air drying. High heat can damage the performance of the material and shorten the lifespan of the garment.

• Wash in cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C).
• Avoid powdered detergents and fabric softener.
• Air dry instead of tumble drying.
• Wash less often – garments treated with Polygiene® StayFresh stay fresh longer.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been placed. If you can't find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
